Homemade Mineralized Water

💧Ingredients:

  • 1 large glass of filtered or spring water (300-400 ml)
  • 1 pinch of unrefined sea salt (Himalayan salt, Celtic salt, or sea salt)
  • Juice of ½ organic lemon (or according to your acidity preference)
  • (Optional) 1/8 teaspoon food grade baking soda (only if you want to further increase alkalinity)

📝 Notes:

  • On an empty stomach: Ideally, drink it without baking soda, just water + lemon + salt, to stimulate cellular hydration, remineralization, and the body’s natural alkalinity. It’s recommended to use room temperature water to avoid disrupting your metabolism or causing digestive shock. Cold water on an empty stomach can stress your digestive system.
  • Pre-workout: You can add baking soda if you’re doing intense workouts, as it helps neutralize metabolic acidosis and improves endurance.
  • During the day, you can also add cold water.
  • Important: Don’t overdo the amount of salt or baking soda; a pinch is enough to remineralize without saturating the body.
